The INNOVATE to EDUCATE project, developed by the JEAD – Associação Digi-Cultural e Recreativa Jovens na Europa, aimed primarily to strengthen the skills of its trainers and members in the field of adult education, with a special focus on social inclusion and digital transition.

Throughout the project, international mobility activities were carried out in Spain and Romania, including job shadowing activities and training courses. These experiences enabled participants to acquire new pedagogical methodologies, explore digital tools, and better understand the challenges faced by adults with fewer opportunities.

The project stood out for developing competencies in the use of educational technologies, including digital tools and artificial intelligence, as well as for promoting inclusive teaching strategies adapted to different learning profiles.

With a significant impact on the professional development of participants, the INOVATE to EDUCATE project strengthened JEAD’s capacity to promote more inclusive, digital, and community-oriented education.

The knowledge acquired was shared internally, contributing to the improvement of training quality, the diversification of educational offerings, and the reinforcement of JEAD’s European dimension.
