Objectives: What do you want to achieve by implementing the project?
The project aims to empower NEETs by promoting lifelong learning and improving their digital and employability skills. It will develop a Personal Learning Environment (PLE) to provide accessible training, mentorship, and career guidance.

The project fosters inclusion and equal opportunities, strengthens cooperation between youth organizations and employers, and promotes innovative digital education methodologies, ensuring sustainable impact in youth employability.

Implementation: What activities are you going to implement?
The project will include structured activities to ensure effective learning, engagement & impact:
Development of the Personal Learning Environment (PLE): Creation of an interactive digital platform with tailored learning resources for NEETs.
Training & Mentorship Programs: Workshops on digital skills, employability & entrepreneurship, led by experts.
Pilot Testing & Feedback: NEETs & youth workers will test the PLE, providing input for improvements.
Dissemination & Stakeholder Engagement: Social

Results: What results do you expect your project to have?

• The project will produce tangible and long-lasting results for NEETs, youth organizations, and stakeholders:
• Increased awareness of lifelong learning among NEETs, encouraging active participation in education and training.
